Akaneru: Hellowww. I’m Akaneru or you can call me as Neru, a Hijab Cosplayer based on the east coast of the sunny country, Terengganu, Malaysia. I’m lost in this abyss of cosplay since 2014 but hiatus for a while due my secondary school’s exam.

Question: Do you have a special name, or cosplay name?

Akane: Akaneru

Question: Which anime character, that motivates you to venture out into the cosplay, or ACG world?

Akane: At first, I just want to buy a seifuku but somehow ended buying a costume which is Ririchiyo Shirakiin from InuxBoku SS. Forgot how I decided being a cosplayer but started to know about the cosplay from a snap of magazine shared at FB in 2010

Question: What is your favorite anime? cartoon? (name a few titles)

Akane: One Piece, Fairy Tail, Mekakucity Actors, Gugure! Kokkuri-san, Wotakoi, Black Clover

Question: How many hours did you spend on average to complete one set of cosplay?

Akane: Depends on my mood and the availability of the material

Question: Are most of your props are DIY?

Akane: Certain parts only, since its difficult to find materials at my place
