Question: What was your first anime or cartoon character, that motivates you to venture out into Hijab cosplay?

Mimie: Lucoa from Miss Kobayashi’s Maid Dragons

Question: Most of your props are DIY?

Mimie: Yes


Question: What is your most favorite anime? cartoon? (name a few titles)

Mimie: Boku no Hero Academia, Kakegurui, Houseki no Kuni, Fairy Tail, Bleach

Mumu: yass, Boku no Hero Academia (always seen you cosplay characters from this anime)


Question: Do you still recall of whom inspired you to venture or further improve your Hijab cosplay?

Mimie: Mira Dina


Question: Do you find Hijab Styling for Cosplay Difficult?

Mimie: Yes, at first it was a challange >_<

Mumu: Daijoubu, you will improve as time goes by


Question: How many hours did you spend on average to complete one set of cosplay (ie: making the dress, props etc. before going to event)

Mimie: Depend on the type of costume, but if it simple costume, I take 3-4 days

Mumu: In previous interview, I notice other cosplay, they all do last minute (sometimes didn’t even sleep properly) usually the night before event, but Mimie is more organize when it comes to preparing, this a good example.


Question: Do you also draw your own artwork? (Digital Art, Traditional Art)

Mimie: Yes
